Graham Douglas Bertie is the son of an Olympian. He enjoys origami, kimchi and 15 year old scotch.
As the producer for Juno-nominated electronic act Thunderheist, he took the world by storm. After countless world tours, 2009 saw the release of their much anticipated debut on Big Dada. Their underground dance hit Jerk It was featured in Darren Arenovsky’s Oscar-nominated film, The Wrestler. Thunderheist parted ways in 2010.
These days Graham spends most of his time working on a project called Nautiluss. Not much is known yet but the earliest work has already gotten love from the likes of Mary-Anne Hobbs (BBC Radio 1), Fake Blood and Brodinski. A concept album is now in the works.
Graham also has a several collaborative projects, the most recent one being with Brooklyn bass sweetheart Jubilee (Nightshifters) entitled Bassanovva. Their first EP was picked up by UK DJ/Producer Graeme Sinden for his new label, Grizzly. Released last November, it received support from Diplo, Laidback Luke, Groove Armada, Brodinski and Miike Snow.
